• Everyone, including spectators, MUST sign in before entering and sign out before leaving the park premises.
  
• Everyone on premises MUST sign a waiver.
  
• Absolutely NO riding at night.
  
• Helmet MUST be worn ANYTIME you are riding your vehicle.
  
• Obey trail markers and closure signs. The reasons may not be obvious. If it is posted as closed, stay out.
  
• NO Littering. Leave the area as clean or cleaner than you found it.
  
• The owner and/or operator of a vehicle are liable for any injury or damage for the negligent operation of the vehicle. Ki Tracks will not be liable for any accidents!
  
• Follow the manufactures recommended age requirements for the vehicle.
  ATV guidelines are:
  Age 6 to 12  – Less than 70cc
  Age 12 to 16 – 70cc to 90cc
  Age 16 and older – More than 90cc  
  
• NO double riding.
  
• An adult MUST accompany a child when other riders are on the track. Follow the child, DO NOT lead.
  
• Pull your child off the track when experienced riders are on the track. Wait until the track is not as busy.
  
• Hold your line on the tracks, DO NOT Zig Zag.
  
• All track riding must stop when watering starts.
  
• All riding MUST stop if the water truck is on the drag strip
  
• NO CUTTING THE TRACKS.
  
• NO ADULTS on the pee wee track. Exception only for training purposes.
  
• Drag strip runs from South to North. DO NOT run the opposite direction.
  
• Use common sense when riding! Do Not ride beyond your means.

NOTE: Any of the above infractions

will be cause for immediate

removal from the facility.
