If pre-completing waiver form and rules you MUST bring all printed documents or it will not be valid and may cause denial of entrance to the facility.

If you are under the age of 18 and will be supervised by someone other than your parent/guardian then the following Permission Form must be filled out every time. This must be done for each day you visit our facility.

Every rider on premises MUST complete a waiver form.
Spectators MUST sign in at the front office.
Anyone that does not sign in is trespassing and will be prosecuted.
